Passione Ferrari is an official programme of events dedicated to Ferrari owners. You belong to an exclusive world, made of privileges and passion, and Passione Ferrari brings to you a unique motor sport and lifestyle event at the world famous Silverstone Circuit.

Indulge in an utterly memorable day on track and enjoy the pleasure of driving your Ferrari* in a way that is not possible on the road, whilst also developing your driving skills under the tuition of our professional Ferrari

instructors, or watch some thrilling Ferrari motorsport action from the Ferrari hospitality suite.

Track day experience includes:

• 2 x driving sessions (up to 30 mins each)

We welcome drivers of all abilities and experiences and tailor the tuition to suit your needs. Limited numbers ensure that you receive the very best circuit driving experience which will include up to 1 hour of track time, split across two sessions.

AttendeesThis event is exclusively reserved for owners of Ferrari cars and their guests. All guests must be over 16 years of age and the drivers must hold and present a full driving licence valid in the UK. CarsThis event is open to any standard unmodified road registered Ferrari cars. Modified track or race Ferrari cars are not eligible for this event. Classic or older models must have seat belts fitted and an open model should have an approved roll over protection. There are no official noise limits for the Silverstone Circuit track day experience.

If you are uncertain that your car is eligible for this event, then please contact your Official Ferrari Dealer.

Car PreparationIt is your responsibility to ensure that your car is in a suitable condition for driving on track.

We recommend that you have your vehiclechecked at your Official Ferrari Dealer priorto the event. For your convenience we have included a Vehicle Check List in this document. Any car which is deemed as not track worthyor does not meet with the circuit or eventregulations, will not be permitted on the track. InsurancePlease be aware that your motor insurancemay not cover your car for this type of activity. It is advisable to check with your insurer. You are taking your car onto the track at your own risk. Dress CodeDress code is casual. Drivers must wear long trousers and long sleeves, plus shoes suited to driving. We recommend narrow, flat, non-leather soled shoes.

HelmetsDrivers will be required to wear a helmet.Please bring your own, but we will be able tosupply some on the day for guests to share. CamerasCameras are permitted on the day, but nocameras may be fitted internally or externallyto the car. FuelWe recommend that your car is fully fuelled upon your arrival to the circuit to avoid potential queues and delays. ArrivalUpon your arrival at the event please follow the signs through to the main paddock and please follow the parking marshal’s directions. RegistrationHospitality and registration will be open from 08:00. All drivers must complete the indemnity form and present their driving licence (must be valid in the UK).

Should you be unable to produce yourlicence then you will be unable to participatein the day. See DVLA page for details on driving licence requirements. Drivers will be issued with a wristband andhospitality pass that must be worn at all times, plus a number sticker that must be applied to the car before entering the circuit. Cars without a sticker or drivers without a wristband will not be permitted on the circuit. BriefingThe Event & Safety briefing will be held at 10:20. This will include an overview of the day, a description of circuit driving technique and an explanation of track rules and driving etiquette. At the end of the briefing the instructors will be introduced to you.

HospitalityRefreshments will be served all day from 08:00 in the Ferrari hospitality suite. It also includes breakfast, a two course buffet lunch and light afternoon tea. These services are provided only for all pre-booked and pre-paid drivers. Driving GroupsThe driving will be split into six driving sessions. There will be three driving groups and the colour sticker & wristband issued to you at registration will identify your group. Drivers will be given a timetable at registration, indicating the start time for each of their track sessions. Cars will be summoned into the pit lane approx. 10 minutes before the start of the session. Please be with your car and ready for this call. Unfortunately, accidents and severe weather can occur so your driving session time may be reduced to recover vehicles from the circuit or to let circuit flooding disperse.

Your health and safety is of utmost importance.

PassengersAll drivers will be accompanied by theirinstructor in every session. This is a compulsory feature of the day to ensure the best possible driver experience & development, and offers best practice with regards to safety for all drivers. No other passengers are permitted. Overtaking and Flag/Light SignalsThese will be described in detail at thedriver briefing and your instructor will guideyou. Only overtake when it is safe to do so as indicated by your instructor. Avoidovertaking in the braking area or througha corner. The number of cars has beenrestricted to ensure your enjoyment soplease be patient and courteous, as therewill be plenty of opportunities to overtakesafely on the next straight.

The following flag signals may be supplemented by flashing lights at certain parts on the track. Red - Slow down and be prepared to stop ifnecessary, return to pits and no overtaking,session stopped. Yellow - Incident ahead, slow down and noovertaking until you have passed the incident. Blue - A faster car is approaching you frombehind, be prepared to give way/let it past.

Black - Immediately return to the pit lane andreport to the Chief Instructor and Marshall.

Road access is exceptionally easy along the A43 dual carriageway from either the M40 or M1.

By public transport, the nearest train stations are Northampton, Banbury or Milton Keynes, both of which offer fast connections to destinations throughout the country.

It is a legal requirement that you hold a valid UK driving licence to participate in this event and therefore it is essential that you bring your original licence. Changes that the DVLA introduced on 9th June 2015 mean that your paper counterpart is no longer valid. Instead you are now required to provide evidence of what vehicles you can drive or confirmation of any penalty points by requesting this information from: www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

Y O U R V E H I C L E C H E C K L I S T & E V E N T P R E P A R A T I O N

• Tightness of the wheel-nuts (preferably torque settings), prior to arrival and during the day

• Condition of tyres (minimum 4mm tread on road going tyres, no visible damage)

• Type of tyres (no mixed tyres)

• Tyre pressures

• Ensure that your towing eye is in your car and that it is easily accessible. It may be necessary to fit the towing eye to your car prior to entering the track. This will be confirmed on the day

• Ensure that your vehicle is generally free from oil and coolant leaks

• Petrol cap is firmly in place, and where possible, locked securely

• Brake fluid level and ensure there are no leaks in the system

• Condition of brake pads and linings (minimum 5mm thickness on lining, not including back plate)

• Steering system is in good order

• Windscreen is in a good condition and free from any cracks

• All lights function correctly. You may wish to tape your headlights when on the track

• Condition and function of seatbelts

• Condition and function of door locks

• Condition and function of windscreen wipers and washers

• Condition of exhaust system. Efficiency and stability

• Security of battery mounting

• All loose objects are removed from the car, including those in the boot

• Any containers of petrol or other flammable substances are removed from the car

• Ensure that the car is fully fuelled upon arrival

• Video cameras fixed to a car either internally or externally are not permitted

• Bring a crash helmet (if owned). Crash helmets will be available on the day, but must be shared with other guests

• Wear long sleeved top and trousers, plus shoes suited to driving – ideally narrow, non-leather soled and flat

• Please remember to bring your driving licence which must be valid in the UK and present it when you sign-in

• Pre-book and pay for any additional guests who are accompanying you on the day

1. DEFINITIONSIn these Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) the following words shall have the following meanings:-“Booking”: a booking to attend the Event at the Venue

which has been made and paid for in full by the Participant via an Official Ferrari Dealer.

“Company”: Ferrari N.V. trading as Ferrari North Europe (Company No. 05134604) of 275 Leigh Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4HF.

“Event”: a Passione Ferrari Circuit Driving Experience which has been arranged by the Company and in respect of which the Booking has been made.

“Participant”: an individual and any guest of that individual who has made the Booking.

“Venue”: Silverstone Circuit, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 8TN

2. GENERAL2.1 By placing the Booking the Participant accepts and agrees

to be bound by the Terms.2.2 The Terms constitute the entire agreement and

understanding between the Participant and the Company and supersede all prior communications or understanding (if any) between them or between the Participant and any other person.

2.3 The Booking is personal to the Participant and cannot be assigned.

2.4 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the Participant and the Company irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2.5 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Terms in whole or in part will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms which shall continue to be valid as if the provision or part thereof found to be invalid or unenforceable has been severed.

3. ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATIONThe participation of the Participant in the Event is without exception subject to strict compliance with the following requirements:-3.1 The Participant must hold and present at registration at

the Event their valid full and current UK driving licence; 3.2 The Participant must at all times during the Event be

competent and fit to drive;3.3 The Company’s Registration & Indemnity Form

completed and signed by the Participant must be

produced at registration at the Event; and,3.4 The Participant must at all times during the Event observe

and abide by all rules and regulations of the Venue (including but not limited to those relating to smoking), all safety and security precautions or other similar measures imposed by or on behalf of the Company or the Venue operators, and all directions or instructions given by or on behalf of the Company or the Venue operators (including but not limited to such as may be given by driving instructors and/or circuit officials).

4. REFUSAL OF ADMISSION TO, AND EXCLUSION FROM, THE EVENT

4.1 The Participant will be refused admission to the Event if they have not complied with the essential conditions 3.1 to 3.3 inclusive above.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to expel the Participant from the Event in any one or more of the following circumstances:-

4.2.1 If they do not comply with essential conditions 3.2 and 3.4 above;

4.2.2 If their driving or other conduct is, in the opinion of the Company and/or the Venue operators, dangerous or likely to cause personal injury or damage to property or is intolerable; or,

4.2.3 If they engage in any advertising, promotion or other marketing activity at the Event in breach of clause 10.1 below.

5. USE OF CARS5.1 Only cars which satisfy the eligibility and specification

criteria notified (whether by the Event Information document or otherwise) to the Participant prior to the Event and any regulations set by the Venue operators will be permitted access to, and to be driven on, the circuit at the Venue.

5.2 By making a Booking the Participant gives the Company and the Venue operators and/or its or their agents the authority to drive and mechanically check their car.

5.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse the Participant access to the circuit at the Venue if either it or the Venue operators are of the opinion that the Participant’s car does not meet circuit regulations or is not track worthy.

6. PAYMENTPayment in full is required to be made when the Participant submits their completed booking form to their Official Ferrari Dealer.

7. EVENT CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company may cancel, rearrange the date for, or otherwise alter the arrangements for the Event (whether or not due to a force majeure cause – see clause 11 below). The Company will give the Participant as much notice of the cancellation or change(s) as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances. Where the date of the Event is rearranged, the Booking will automatically transfer to the rearranged date for the Event unless within 14 days of being informed of the rearranged date the Participant gives notice in writing to the Company that they wish instead to cancel the Booking.

8. REFUNDSNo refunds will be given in any circumstances except where the Event has been cancelled by the Company otherwise than for a force majeure cause or where the date of the Event is rearranged and the Participant gives notice of cancellation of the Booking in accordance with clause 7 above.

9. PROPERTY PROVIDED FOR USE AT THE EVENTIn respect of all such equipment as may be provided by the Company and/or the Venue operators for use by the Participant at the Event, the Participant is obliged:-9.1 To take reasonable care of it and to use it in a proper

manner;9.2 To return the same to the Company and/or the Venue

operators as appropriate immediately at the end of the Event; and,

9.3 To pay in full within 7 days of demand by the Company all costs incurred for the repair or replacement of any equipment which is either lost or not returned by the Participant or damaged in consequence of negligence or improper use by the Participant.

10. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION10.1 The Participant shall not undertake any advertising,

promotion or other marketing activity at or in respect of the Event unless done with the express prior written agreement of the Company and in accordance with its directions.

10.2 The Participant acknowledges and accepts that any photographic images or video footage taken by the Company at the Event may be used for the marketing purposes of the Company.

11. FORCE MAJEUREIn the event that the Company is unable to provide or complete the Event or honour any aspect of the Booking or to perform any of its obligations under the Terms by reason of any circumstance, cause or event outside of its control, including (without limitation to the generality of this clause) any governmental restriction, adverse weather, act or omission of the Venue operators or any other third party, riot, commotion, acts of God, industrial action, breakdown of plant or any failure of gas, water services, electricity etc., the Company shall be entitled to be relieved of its obligations to the extent to which performance of them is prevented or suspended.

12. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY12.1 By placing the Booking, the Participant acknowledges

and accepts there is risk of injury, loss or damage, whether to their person and/or their property (including but not limited to their car).

12.2 With the exception of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Company, its employees, or its authorised agents, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of whatever nature or howsoever caused to the Participant or their property arising out of or in connection with the Booking or the Terms or participation in the Event.

12.3 Without prejudice to clause 12.2, any liability of the Company shall be limited to the face value of the Booking or, if greater, the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. INDEMNITYFurther and without prejudice to clause 9.3 above, the Company reserves all rights in relation to any injury, loss or damage which is caused or contributed to by the Participant to any third party or property, and the Participant agrees to fully indemnify the Company, its officers and employees from and against all and any claims which arise in consequence of wilful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions by the Participant whether during the Event or otherwise.

14. VARIATIONNo variation or amendment of the Terms shall be valid unless committed to writing and signed both by the Participant and on behalf of the Company.
