Having worked on over a dozen projects with GPI, Sanofi trusts our

expertise. We supplied production Skids, revamped the vapor loop

network, modified Process systems as well as created storage and

distribution systems.

Merck Serono, Corsier-sur-Vevey, SWITZERLAND

GPI supplied Merck Serono with a 4500L Skid for injectable pro-

ducts, constructed water distribution lines and associated fluids

(HVAC, dust, etc), and an automation and monitoring system.

Genzyme, Gerland et Mary l’étoile, FRANCE 69

GPI modified the system of automation for the cleaning

Station at Genzyme, as well as handled the optimization and FDA.

Novartis, Nyon, SWITZERLAND

GPI revamped a production Skid for Novartis as well as

completed the implementation of an online disperser.

For the St Genis Laval site, GPI managed the production of a

storage and distribution system for purified water, Process and

water loop maintance. At Orléans, GPI and TPI (Techni-Poudre

GPI implemented an electricty and automation system for a project

incorporating an online screener and ATEX compliance. TPI (Techni

-Poudre Industrie) managed the entire powder Process system.

GPI a accompagné Clarins dans le cadre d’un revamping et une

extension des bâtiments de son site à Strasbourg afin d’augmenter

leur production et faire une optimisation process.

L’Oréal, SPAIN

GPI installed a screening machine and a packaging line ATEX 21 for

L’Oréal Spain in collaboration with Techni-Poudre Industrie.

Miyoshi Europe, Limonest FRANCE 69

GPI installed a vessel dedicated to cooling powders after passing

through the Henschel Heater 500. Techni-Poudre Industrie also

worked with Miyoshi in constructing their packaging plant.

Daito Kasei Europe, Paris, FRANCE 92

In collaboration with BM Engineering, GPI worked on the process

engineering using liquid and powder compositions. In addition,

the project including treatment of titan oxide and talc.

For the St. Genis Laval site, GPI managed the project production of

Advil syrup for children, constructed the storage and distribution of

purified water and completed process modifications. At the

Givaudan, Vernier SUISSE and Lyon FRANCE

At the Vernier site, GPI replaced several vats, completed piping

modifications STEP and supplied vaccum pumps ATEX. For the

Lyon site, GPI worked on piping, changed a reactor of 2000L,

installed a system of high pressure cleaning and a neutralizing

process for COVs.

BIC, Boulogne sur mer FRANCE

GPI implemented ATEX complicance and ergonomics for the

entire production site of Boulogne/Mer, including the design

and construction of new production skids and storage of

solvents.

Arkema, sites: Balan, St Fons, Pierre Bénite, FRANCE

For Arkema, GPI revamped the entire piping network and

replaced a pump.

Henri Selmer, Paris FRANCE

The GPI group installed an automatic sac opening system.
