AFTER-SALES. Dealer Standards Personnel and Training C2.6. Product launches/updates: All mandatory trainings announced by the Training Academy must be attended by a minimum of one Technician or Service Advisor if applicable per dealer location.

SALES. Dealer Standards Personnel and Training C2.3: The Dealership sends a minimum of 75% (Metro) or 50%¹ (Rural) of all New and Pre-Owned Sales Consultants to all mandatory trainings (or as invited)..

A minimum of 75% of all Sales Consultants successfully complete Mandatory e-Learning as communicated by the Training Academy.All Sales Consultants complete pre-requisite e-Learnings prior to attending Face-to-Face training as required by the Training Academy.
