AIR DELIVERY HOSE 40


This range of air delivery hose is readily available in the two most commonly used sizes of 3/4� and 1� I/D, in three lengths; 15m (50�) complete withfittings, 4m (13�) complete with fittings and random lengths. Please note the CPN given for the random lengths is a per metre measurement, thereforewhen ordering please specify the number of metres required.

The chart is by no means exhaustive, additional sizes or fitted lengths can be made available on request to suit your individual needs. Similarly thechart only gives details of air delivery hose at 15.5 bar (225 psi) working pressures. Some air tools are manufactured with an integral oil supply built into thehandle. In cases where no such supply exists a lubricator installed withinthe air line ensures that air tools operate at peak efficiency and reducecostly repair and downtime.

The lubricator should be located as near to the tool as possible butsatisfactory lubrication will be provided if installed as far away as 25ft(7.62m). Immediately upon operation of an air tool a fog of oil isautomatically injected into the air stream and lubrication of the tool willcontinue as long as there is oil in the lubricator.

The oil supply, which is adjustable, is easily checked through thepressure proof window, and refilling is made simple by use of a large fillercap. Whenever the cap is removed it automatically vents the reservoirpressure allowing refilling without shutting down the air supply.
