based on customers drawings.

Moreover, we design and produce equipment usedto manufacture parts and assemblies of helicopters, trainer

planes and fighter jets.

Our Company is certified according to AS/EN/JISQ 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 standards and is

accredited for Nadcap NDT (Liquid Penetrant Inspection and Magnetic Particles Inspection).

We have high specialization in TIG welding and electrical resistance welding of: Aluminium alloys, Chrome-Nickel,

Titanium, Inconel.

We take advantage of CMM machines for dimensional checks: our Carl Zeiss “MMZ G” machine allows operating

fields up to 2500 x 5000 x 2000 mm.

CURTI Company can count on the Engineering Department to support all design and manufacturing activities.

Our capabilities include design engineering in cooperation with our Customers as well as manufacturing engineering.

We manage all Design information by “Aras INNOVATOR” PLM

Software.

We work closely with Partners everytime we need CAE,

Cinematic and FEM Analysis.

We use state of the art 3D CAD software:

• CATIA V5 for Aerospace&Defence Customers;

• PTC-Creo for Packaging and Wire Processing Automatic

Machines.

Production Processes are managed by “Alnus” ERP Software.

All KPIs are monitored daily thanks to “ORACLE Hyperion”

Business Intelligence Software.

We have four Coordinate Measuring Machines, all installed

inside temperature controlled rooms and equipped with

CALYPSO and ArcoCAD software.

CURTI company is vertically integrated and able to manage all steps of a project: from raw material handling to tool design and manufacturing, TIG & Resistance welding (spot and seam), CNC Milling & Turning, final assemblyof main sub-Assy.

All the personnel is perfectly trained and skilled to manufacture and assemble high quality groups.
