This Program Guide offers a complete overview of the Hexagon PPM Partner Program. It describes the objectives, benefits, requirements and expectations of its program and the value to its partners. Sections as follows:

As the market and customers continue their digital transformation journey, an essential part of Hexagon PPM’s strategy is to help its customers extract maximum value from their investments in Hexagon PPM solutions, delivered from its ecosystem of partners.

Program ObjectivesThe Hexagon PPM Partner Program was developed to achieve the following objectives:

• The Hexagon PPM Partner Program provides partners a platform to maximize their success when selling and delivering Hexagon PPM solutions. The program will offer recognition for industry acumen and technical competence and provide a solid foundation for partners to profitably grow their business with Hexagon PPM. It will reward partners that:

• Collaborate with Hexagon PPM to grow incremental sales and expand into new customers and markets

• Develop innovative solutions, utilizing Hexagon PPM applications and software to establish competitive differentiation

• Demonstrate technical competence implementing, supporting and managing Hexagon PPM products

• Have demonstrated capabilities that deliver incremental value throughout the customer lifecycle

• Formalize joint customer engagement and co-sell opportunities to generate incremental opportunities driving a positive contribution to Hexagon PPM and our partners’ business

• Service Partners: Extend industry knowledge into implementation, service delivery and customer success processes

The Hexagon PPM Partner Program will enable partners to:

• Predictably capture incremental market growth faster than our competitors

• Prepare for the transition toward integrated cloud-based solutions

• Raise the level of partner expertise and readiness to deploy and manage Hexagon PPM solutions

Program BenefitsMembers of the Hexagon PPM Partner Program are offered a wide range of benefits as noted under the program framework. The program consists of three membership levels, and eligibility is based on how a partnering company aligns with the program requirements.

At a minimum, partners are reviewed annually to determine membership level and eligibility. However, anytime during the year, the partner may request a review of their membership level status. Change in the partner’s membership level status is at the discretion of Hexagon.

The Hexagon PPM Partner program provides benefits based on partner type and level of commitment and co-investment of the partner. The following table summarizes the program benefits based on partnership level.

General RequirementsIn addition to the specific requirements described in the table below, partners must be able to demonstrate knowledge and competence for all Hexagon PPM products that they will co-sell under this program.

• Partners must have at least one trained resource for each Hexagon PPM portfolio they intend to co-sell or for which they intend to provide services.

- Resources must have been trained directly by a Hexagon PPM course or through an authorized Hexagon PPM learning partner.

- Resources must maintain current product training and applicable certification (where available).

• Partner must adhere to Hexagon PPM market messaging and co-branding guidelines when co-selling Hexagon PPM products and services.

• Partner must maintain sales demonstration capabilities for the Hexagon PPM solutions they sell and offer services and have the technology capabilities required to fully demonstrate and effectively position the full value of Hexagon PPM solutions.

• The partner must have clearly defined job responsibilities for the individuals fulfilling the role(s). These documented job responsibilities must define how the individual contributors are applying their skills toward the required role/job function and the requirements outlined in this section.

• Partner must have documented implementation service processes that ensure consistent implementation, integration and activation of Hexagon PPM solutions. These service processes must align to known Hexagon PPM best practices, if available.

• Partner must have documented customer success processes, including established rules of engagement and handoffs, to ensure customer value realization in each phase of the customer lifecycle.

• The partner must be able to demonstrate documented service processes and tools that the respective partner resources utilize in executing their defined responsibilities.

• Partner must have business performance objectives tied to the customer lifecycle, which should be aligned to the partner business plan.

Become a PartnerInterested partners meeting the requirements outlined in this document can begin the application process online. Below are the required steps to becoming a Hexagon PPM partner:

Step 1: Partners should review this document and all the program terms and conditions. Submit an online application that captures your company’s pertinent data https://hexagonppm.com/partners/become-a-partner

Step 2: In conjunction with their Hexagon sponsor, partners should complete the “New Partner Request” assessment, which is used to measure a partner’s experience and resource capabilities to actively pursue joint Hexagon business opportunities.

Step 3: Hexagon partner organization will review and notify your company by email within 30 business days. If accepted, partners will be sent the appropriate partner agreement to complete and sign.

Step 4: Sign the relevant partner agreement and return to Hexagon. Partners should schedule their virtual audit. Hexagon PPM will cover the cost of the partner’s first audit; however, if they do not satisfactorily complete or pass their audit, they will be required to pay for subsequent audits to verify satisfactory attainment of program requirements. Upon approval, partners must sign the relevant partner agreement and return to Hexagon.

Step 5: Upon acceptance into the Hexagon PPM Program, partners will be notified in an email that outlines the processes for accessing the Hexagon PPM Partner Portal, program enablement resources, incentives and non-financial benefits. A Partner Profile will be solicited from each partner that will enable inclusion in the Hexagon Partner Directory.

Program GovernanceThe Hexagon PPM Partner Program will be governed through the Hexagon PPM Global Partner Team (GPT). The GPT will oversee all program execution and compliance. As a partner, your primary contact will be with your Partner Relationship Manager.

Partner Code of ConductHexagon is committed to conducting its business in a manner that exemplifies integrity, professionalism and ethical conduct. Our Code of Conduct establishes the minimum standards of proper conduct that must be observed by all Hexagon associates and partner organizations throughout the world.

This commitment extends to our business partners. Hexagon partners-including system integrators, resellers, sales consultants, alliance and independent software vendors-are expected to formally agree to meet or exceed the standards for Hexagon Code of Conduct as it pertains to all their Hexagon-related activities.

Terms and ConditionsThis Program Guide is provided for informational and promotional purposes only, and any information included herein is subject to change without notice. The benefits described herein are provided as general information may be made available or withheld at Hexagon’s sole discretion. Membership in the Hexagon PPM Partner Program shall remain in effect for one year from the Partner Agreement effective date. Partnerships are reviewed at least annually to determine program level and eligibility of the partnering company, provided that a partner may request a review of the membership level status at any time during the term of its membership in the program. Membership level and eligibility is based on how a partner company algins to the Hexagon program requirements. Any change of the partner’s membership level status is at the discretion of Hexagon.

Membership will be subject to appropriate compliance screening, Hexagon PPM’s acceptance of the company and a formal agreement between the member company and Hexagon PPM.

This Program Guide provides the general requirements of the Partner Program but does not create a binding contract between the parties. At such time that the member company and Hexagon PPM enter into a binding contract, the member company shall be responsible to ensure its employees’ compliance with the guidelines and terms for the Hexagon Partner Program and the applicable Hexagon Partner Agreement. Members should periodically review the Program Guide for any changes.
