YMCA Camp Onyahsa seeks summer cabin counselors and teachers for its youth resident camp program on Chautauqua Lake. Founded in 1898 and accredited by the American Camp Association, the program serves 100 resident (overnight) campers ages 7-15 each week from early June to mid-August. All positions require staff to live on-site (as cabin counselors), so housing and meals are included. A competitive salary and verifiable experience working with youth in a recreational/educational curriculum are provided. The Camp's program offers a general curriculum- arts, music, swimming, sailing, hiking, Environmental Education, sports and other activities-- but the focus is on fun and friendships.
