It gives me great pleasure to extend my warmest congratulations to you on yours selection by healthy tradition of consensus by the national executive of our mighty union as proposed by our President Com.L.Balasubramanian as The General Secretary of our mighty banner All India Overseas Bank Employee’s Union in the National Executive meeting on 20-9-2014. With enthusiasm and hard work like yours, success was certain to be achieved. My mind is filled with nostalgia of the discussions I had with you, when you filed nomination for the post of Deputy General Secretary of the union in the 32nd Conference on 15th July 2007 at Chennai, when I told you that you have character, composure, focuses and courage and all the potentials to be my successor in the days ahead. Ensure that this spirit never fades away.

Your selection today as General Secretary of the union has embellished my words into reality today. Now one of my great desires became real. Your

efforts effort has paid off. You worked hard, you deserve it, and you have got it!

Well done! You are destined to make it big, you just didn't know it. This recognition is surely deserved and will give you an opportunity to spread your wings.

With this new glory, shall come more challenges and obstacles in life ahead. Face them with same courage and determination, and success will keep flowing in. the roads will be tough, but never lose your faith and courage, above all your identity which eventually brought you to this success.

I am so happy that you made yourself, your parents and me proud. Keep it up.

I reassure you, I shall always remain inseparable from the Union that has been second self , and will always stand by to guide you anytime, any where when I’m needed.
