Article 3 . Health insurance principles

Article 10 . Audit of the health insurance fund

Once every three years . the State Audit shallaudit the health insurance fund and relxnt the resultsto the National Assembly.

If requested by the National Assembly, theNational Assembly Standing Cotnrnittee of theGovernment, the State Audit shall conductextraordinary audit of the health insurance fund .

Article 11 . Prohibited acts

1 . Failing to pay or fully pay health insurancepremiums under this I_aw.

2 . Committing fraud related to or forging healthinsurance files or cards .

3 . Lising collected health insurance premiumsor the health insurance fund for irnproper purl mses .

Article 16 . Health insurance cards

Article 17 . Grant of health insurance cards

Article 19 . Exchange of health insurance cards

Article 49. Handling of violations

1 . Any person who violates the provisiotc ofthis Law and relevant provisions of law on healthinsurance shall . depending on the nature andseverity of their violations, he disciplined,administratively sanctioned or examined for penalliability, and, if - causing damage, they shall paycompensation in accordance with law .
