l.01 The Gallery roooBJUzes the Uniol'I as the sole bargaining agent fo r all (Xlrt·time i>rott-ction Sct'viccs Officer$ of the Gnllery, being persons who are employed f()r not rr..>rc thnn 24 hours per week. save a.nd exce:pt Shift Co-Ordinators, A.-..-.istant Managers, thollC persons above the rank of A~i.si.ant 1\11'.anagcr wMI ~Kl:SC persons covered by the collective agreement between the parties OO\'ering fo \l,lime Protection Services Officers.

Such mteti.n8$ may be held during th<.' Gallery's nonnal working hours. in Gallery offices. for a period of thirty (30) minutes.
