Start with an NX application (such as NX CAM, Tool Design or CMM programming), connect to a Siemens controller, add DNC or shop floor CMM, and expand to Teamcenter for data and process management.

CAM to controllerNX CAM allows the NC programmer to make selections that drive the power of Siemens SINUMERIK controller. Special cycle commands address 5-axis and high speed cutting functions, drilling and coordinate transformations, making it easier to deliver the best results at the machine tool.

Adaptive machining For accurate machined repairs on high cost components, adaptive machining uses on-machine probing, real-time tool path computation in NX CAM, and a direct connection to the controller.
