Screen freezing and not recovering without pulling the plug error
To solve this error, the procedure below should be followed.
- If the product is onboarded to HomeWhiz application, this error will not be encountered.
- If the product switches to service mode, the homewhiz registration will be deleted So it must be onboarded to the HomeWhiz application.
This error may occur on the product that is not onboarded with the application.
