Part 2 – Add Frame, Arrow, Painted Text. You can use the same Picture on PicPick, or add a new one as I showed you in Step 2 - Part 1. As I mentioned before in Step 2 - Part 1, if you don't have PicPick, hover over Courses again and click on Screen Capture Page and Step 1 shows you how to download PicPick and open PicPick. If you don't have Pictures on your Computer, I recommend you do a Screen Capture and it opens an Image in PicPick. Next is a Picture I opened in the new version of PicPick and I Zoom Out to 25%. Step 1 – Part 2 shows you how to Zoom Out to view it smaller.

• A new window opens. Sometimes the box left of Border is not checked, and the box left of Frame is checked. I recommend you click on the box left of Border and next is a sample.

• Here is a sample of click on the box left of Border and you see the Frame on the Border and the size is 2 px and the Color.

• You then can change the size and the Color. You have two options to change the size, which is next.

• The first option is click on the Icon on the right of 2 px about 5 times. The second option is click on 2 px and hightlight it and type in like 7.

you click on the Color Icon and next is what happens.

• A new window opens and you can click on the Color you want to change, like Black. Next is a sample of clicking on Black.

• You then see the Color changed on the right. Once you click on the one you want, then click on OK in the lower right and next is what happens.

• Window closes and you see the Frame Color changed and the size changed. Once complete, click on OK in the the upper right and next is what happens.

Window closes and you see the Frame on the Picture. If you don't like it you can do Undo in the Upper left as I showed you in Part 1. Next is Arrow.

• To add an Arrow, you have two options. First, is click on Stamps and select an Arrow and click on it.

• Then find the area you want it and click on it. • Next is a sample.

• You then see it and a new Tab opens to change the color.

• To make it larger, you can click on the line on the botton right and hold it down and drag it to the right and let it go. Next is a sample.

• Here is a sample of dragging it right and let it go and you see it larger. To change the Color, click on one you want under Format at the Top or click on the drop down to see more Colors. Next is a sample of clicking on one.

• Second option to add an Arrow, you click on the Arrow Icon you want next to Stamps. You then move your cursor to the point you want. Left click and hold it down and drag it and let go. Step 3 Video on the Photo Editing Introduction page also shows how to add an Arrow.

• Once you do that, Tap changes to Format and you see it small, like 2 px. I recommend you click on it to highlight it, and type in, like 30 and then click outside the Width, which is next.

• Once you type in 30 and click outside, for some reason it shows 10 px, but the size is 30. And you see the size changed on the Arrow. To change the Color, you click on the Color Icon and next is what happens.

• Once you click on the Draw icon, your cursor changes and then you have to move the cursor to the place and left click, hold it down and draw to a name, like Fred. As I mentioned before, it is not easy. It is easier to add Fred in Text, like I showed you in Part 1. Next is a sample and it is not good.

As I mentioned before in Part 1, Step 1 - Part 2 shows you how to Save and Step 1 - Part 1 shows you how to Save As. In the Screen Capture page there is a link on Step 10 with a PDF file that shows how to Copy and Paste and Print.
