PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

2. From underside of vehicle, locate and remove one front and one rear outside factory bolts holding the plastic shroud on each side (Figure 1).

3. Position driver side Mounting Bracket up to plastic shroud and line up the rear hole in the Bracket with previously removed bolt’s mounting location. Partially attaching the Mounting Bracket to vehicle using the included (1) 8mmm x 35mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer, and (1) 8mm Hex Nut (Figure 2). Place one of the Tube Spacers between the plastic shroud and the outside (front) mounting location of the Bracket. Use the included (1) 8mm x 75mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock Washer, and (1) 8mm Flat Washer to secure the outside (front) of the Mounting Bracket (Figure 2). Do not tighten at this time. Repeat this step for passenger side.

4. Through bumper intake, remove the factory bolt located on each side of the bottom outer corner of the bumper intake (Figure 3).

5. Position Support Bracket with the 90˚ degrees bend towards the inside of the vehicle and secure it using the factory bolt removed in step four (Figure 4). Do not tighten at this time. Repeat this step for opposite side.

6. With help position Bull Bar on the outside of the Mounting Brackets. Use the included (4) 10mm x 35mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 10mm Lock Washers, (4) 10mm Hex Nuts, and (8) 10mm Flat Washers to attach Bull Bar to Mounting Brackets (Figure 5). Do not tighten at this time.

7. Attach Bull Bar to Support Brackets using the included (2) 8mm x 25mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, (2) 8mm Hex Nuts, and (4) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 6).

8. Align Bull Bar properly, and then tighten all hardware at this time.9. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.

To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives that could damage the finish. For stainless steel: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish. Mild soap may be used also to clean the Bull Bar.For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean Bull Bar.
