Founded in 1944, Parsons is a full-service engineering, construction, technical, and management services firm that began with 8 employees and has since grown to 15,000 professionals speaking 80 different languages and working in more than 100 offices all over the world. We are a diverse company executing 3,000 assignments, employing proprietary processes and technology, and delivering, protecting, and sustaining infrastructure, defense/security, and industrial solutions to private industry customers worldwide as well as federal, regional, local government agencies including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Parsons was awarded a portion of the largest housing project within Saudi Arabia. The Saudi government, through the Ministry of Housing, has developed a program to supply over 500,000 homes for Saudi citizens over the next few years with Parsons serving as an important and integral part of this ambitious program. This initiative comprises 15 sites spread across the Kingdom, encompassing over 73.5 million m2 of developed space. Each site covers a different area ranging from 10 million m2 in Dammam, Jeddah, and Qassim to 729,000 m2 in Qateef. Our project scope includes delivering master planning, design, and construction supervision services.
