Pars Enerji Yatırım Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (became an joint stock company with the change of legal form in 2016), one of the companies in A.I.S group, is a well-established company that started its commercial life in 2009, growing in the area of renewable energy. Alternatif Enerji Çevre ve Gayrimenkul Yatırım Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which played an important role in the commissioning of the wind power plant with 46.2MWm / 42 MWe capacity in the wind project in Amasya Province, is among the shareholders of the company. The Company's main area of activity is to produce renewable, clean, environmentally friendly electricity from wind and solar energy.

In 2013, the company also applied to EMRA for an Electricity Generation License for the production of electricity from solar energy within the boundaries of Muğla Province, Datça District, and participated in the tender done in this process by bidding for 15 MW, but the license was not granted.

Technical feasibility and connection studies are carried out on the land of 136,800 m2 owned by our property group located in the Çine District of Aydın Province, which is suitable for solar energy investment in the area, and applications will be made at the best possible time to obtain permission to generate electricity from solar energy.

The company started wind measurements for the 19.8 MWe- installed capacity wind power plant project planned to be built in Karabük Province, Eskipazar District, Ozanköy Neighborhood, Söğütlük premises on 15.09.2015. The wind measurement report was approved by the. General Directorate of Meteorology on 22.11.2016. The Company has completed all preparations to make an license application for the 19.8 MWe wind power plant production license to EMRA and is awaiting for TEIAS to issue a connection allocation contract to be made for the region concerned. We anticipate that the total investment cost (today's values) of this project, which we expect to be tendered in 2021-22 for installation of the related plant, will be approximately US $33 million. On the other hand, given the wind efficiency of the land, we expect to generate an annual turnover of around US $3.5 million.

The company does not have a direct subsidiary.

The company's total assets shown in its Balance Sheet are at the level of 1.811.000 TL as of the end of 2017.

Pars Enerji has been continuing it works on renewable energy since 2009. The Company wants to contribute

sustainable development of the country with its projects and investments.
