been lacking is the bringing to book of offIf offenders are, charged, tried and sententhen it will definitely send signals to wouldperpetrators of violence. To date this has b

lacking. Then another issue is for the policonly to clear meetings but to attend suchmeetings as they have a potential to be thorigins of violence. Then another importanstakeholder are political parties. They shoumake sure that the supporters are reignedwhat we have seen is that the political paronly talk violence when it is convenient. Tthe other stakeholder is the media and JOwho remembers there is JOMIC. They shodeep and tell us what is happening. And fithe People of Zimbabwe are the most imp

stakeholders who should not be used to figeach other.
