Park Inventory Data Update:To remain in Good Standing, park inventory data must be verified or updated by January 31, 2019
• Data to be reviewed and verified or updated includes:1. Name, size, and location your agency’s park and recreation facilities2. Inventory of amenities in each park, including amenity condition
Easily Update Data Via the Park Inventory Data Portal
• Login with your username and password
• Use the “Find Your Parks” panel to display your parks
• If needed, update park data by clicking “Post a Note on the Map” or “Add a Park”

• Quick Start Guide with detailed instructions can be downloaded from the portal

Access the site and login to the portal
• Submit the data once the information has been updated or verified by clicking “Save Final Changes: I’m done.”
Review your agency’s park locations on the map
Verify inventory data for each of your parks
