We, diverse members of Holy Cross Parish, seek to build God’s kingdom on earth. United in pray-er, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and in com-munion with the Roman Catholic Church, we will serve, teach, and evangelize throughout the communi-ty. Using our time, talent and treasure, for the honor and glory of God, we strive to lead all to the ever-lasting light of Christ.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Sunday Mass Live Streamed Due to the Coronavirus forcing so many to stay home, Holy Cross will live stream on Sundays 9 am English, and 1 pm Spanish, and Monday to Friday Daily Mass at 8:30am. The Holy Cross Food Pantry provided food for several families last week. Numbers have been falling off since the initial rush a few weeks ago, but could rise again if the COVID 19 pandemic persists. Thanks to your overwhelming generosity the pantry is very well stocked and should be for the next few months. The only thing we lack is storage space. We don’t need anything right now, and we need to use the stock we have prior to expiration dates. We’ll let you know when we

need your help again. Thank you so much for your support. The next pantry day is Aug. 11, 1pm-3pm

La despensa de alimentos de la Parroquia proporcionó alimentos a varias familias la semana pasada. Los números

han estado disminuyendo desde la fiebre inicial hace unas semanas. Pero debido ala pandemia que persiste del COVID

19 esperamos mas familias puedan venir a pedir ayuda. Gracias a su abrumadora generosidad la despensa está muy

bien surtida y debería permanecer asi hasta los próximos dos meses. Lo único que nos falta es espacio de almacena-

miento. No necesitamos nada en este momento, y necesitamos usar lo que tenemos antes de que se vensan.

Te avisaremos cuando necesitemos tu ayuda de nuevo. Muchas gracias por su apoyo.

Quinceañeras. Los requisitos para jovenes que desean cele-brar sus quinceaños son:

•Estar registradas y activas 2 años antes en el grupo juvenil.

•Su familia ser miembro activo de la parroquia y estar registrada.

•Tendra que reservar la fecha por lo menos 6 meses antes de la fecha que desea celebrar su Misa.

Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine. (Proverbs 3, 9-10) We are a parish family and together we thank God for all the support He has given us. Our first fruits have produced an amazing facility in which we can spread God word and evangelize through our min-istries. Now is the time to consider renewing our commitment and making a pledge for 3 more years. If you have not made a pledge, please do so. These additional pledges and donations totaled $531,998 since Sep-tember 1, 2019. Our total debt as of June 30 is the $2,500,000. May God continue to bless your heart and your family.
