St. John Bosco Chess Camp will be July 27—31. Learn the great game of chess and further develop your skills. Quality teachers. Meet new friends and learn from others. RCIA begins on Thursday, September 10th. Rite of Chr is-tian Initiation of Adult (RCIA) is for all who would like a clear and comprehensive explanation of the Catholic faith. Catholic Social Services has funds available for rent, utilities, and emergency cash assistance help. We have funds set aside for every region of southern Nebraska, not just the towns where we have offices. So please, if you know of anyone that needs help please have them call in for assistance. There is an application process for those wanting to receive assistance. The August 21 Fellowship Fest Celebration, has been can-celled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Hopefully we can gather in 2021!

Martyrs Parish has been greatly blessed to have Seminarian John McDonald and Deacon Matthew Kovar this summer. They will be leaving us this week to return to their studies.
