(2) if total number of failed subjects is more than 2, student will NOT be allowed to join graduation exercises and will NOT be considered a SHS graduate. He/she will be given his/her certificate of graduation after all year-end remedial classes have been taken and passed.
ACADEMIC POLICIES
• The final grade in the remedial class and the final grade at the end of the academic year are averaged to get the Final Recomputed Grade for any subject.
• The Final Recomputed Grade should at least be 75 for the student to be allowed enrolment in the next trimester.
ACADEMIC POLICIES• Failure to take year-end remedial classes will mean a failing
grade in the subject.• If a student incurs a failing grade in the remedial classes, he/
she will have to take a removal examination in the subject. Should he/she fail in the removal examination, the student will re-enroll in the subject in the next academic year.
• If a failing student is in G11, he will then be considered an irregular G12 student in the following academic year.
• If a failing student is in G12, he will not be considered a SHS graduate unless he/she re-takes and passes all the failed subjects in the next academic year.
• A student is allowed a maximum of only 3 years to complete the Senior High School Program.

Students not in class line during the morningroutine or after the second bell was rung areconsidered late
Late students will be issued a Tardy AdmissionSlip by the Coordinator for Student Affairs andFormation (CSAF) and Strand Coordinators (STC)stationed in various entrances of the Senior HighSchool Building. If students come in much laterin the day, they will be required by the subjectteacher to secure this from the CSAF.
ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY
• Unexcused tardiness of 15 minutes or more shall be considered as cutting class
• The CSAF shall determine whether a student’s absence is excused or unexcused. However, as a general policy all tardiness are deemed unexcused.
• Students who have been absent must present an excuse letter from the parents/guardian to the CSAF
ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY
• Students who have been absent for 3 or more days due to illness must present a medical certificate and an excuse letter from the parents/guardian to the CSAF.
• Maximum absences as per DepEd order is equivalent to 20% of total school days
• Absent students must secure an Absent Admission Slip from the CSAF upon reporting to be surrendered to the Homeroom adviser
SCHOOL UNIFORM
The official school uniform must be worn completely and properly every school day. A student who fails to wear any part of the official uniform is subject to the corresponding violations and sanctions on incomplete/improper uniform. The school ID, attached to the official school lanyard, forms part of the uniform and must be worn at all times inside the campus. The uniform specifications are as follows:

other accessories (e.g. anklets, chokers, nose/ear studs, tattoos, etc.) are NOT allowed in school.
2. The hair for boys/young men must be tapered and must not touch the eyebrows, the ears and the shirt collar (1” on all sides). Skinhead is not allowed. However, the use of razor guard # 2 or higher is allowed. Long sideburns, moustache, goatee, beard are
NOT allowed.
GROOMING3. Fancy haircut/hairstyle
or hair coloring are not allowed. Bangs must be worn short and neatly combed.
4. Class advisers and Team Leaders inspect the haircut of students every first Monday of the month. Excuse letters will not be entertained.

SUSPENSION OF CLASSES
As mandated by DepEd Order 43 series 2012 (D.O. 43 s. 2012), classes will be suspended automatically when the following Public Storm signals are raised:
