Our Goals

What is PBIS?

• PBIS: Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (AKA: SWPBS or Sw-PBIS)

• Underlying Theme:– Teaching behavioral expectations in the same

manner as core subjects

Homework• Math – Monday through Thursday

• Spelling – Test on Friday

– Homework is optional

– Menu of suggested activities provided– All spelling and vocabulary lists will be sent home at the

beginning of each reading theme.

• Vocabulary– Quiz on Friday

Student Work• Practice work is checked or stamped

• Graded work will have a letter grade and percentage printed on it.

• If you wish to monitor your students grades using Power School, please contact the office during school hours.
