If a MOVBand is NOT purchased, Students will calculate thier “moves” manually by following the steps in the Wellness Plan found on the course Home Page!

The student can “drop” this course WITHOUT penalty anytime during the 28 day

grace period

IF the student completes 20% of the segment BEFORE the 28 day grace period … the student

CAN NOT drop WITHOUT penalty

Grace Periodis a 28 day window when:

The student MUST complete AT LEAST 20% of the segment to remain the course after the 28

day grace period!

Pacing Expectations and the Grace Period• It’s expected that students complete at

least 2-3 assignments each week in order to be “on pace” in the course

• At this pace, your student will be able to finish each segment in 12 weeks

• Both segments should take 24 weeks!

• Students are expected to complete each Segment within 18 weeks!

• IF the student has not completed the segment within 18 weeks the student may be removed from the course or given a FIRM deadline to complete.

Discussion Based Assessments (DBAs) • DBAs are where I speak to your student over

the phone and discuss topics from the class

• DBAs last approximately 5-10 minutes

• Each Segment has 2 DBAs

• Module 1 / Module 3• Module 4 / Module 6

• Students must schedule a time for their DBA by using my online scheduler:

2) After viewing the “Student Welcome Presentation” make sure they visit www.WelcomeCatalfino.weebly.com and register for a live session to complete your Welcome Contact or Schedule a Welcome Call www.SAVcatalfino.Lattiss.com

• The Welcome Contact sessions last for 45 minutes / Welcome Calls last about 15 minutes

• Remember … make sure your JAVA is updated

• Student and parent/guardian will need to participate during this contact

• Your student should start working in the class before we complete the Welcome Contact
