MESSAGE FROM MRS. MAR: As I reflect back upon this last weekend's Harvest Fest I am filled with a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for all the individuals who helped put on a very successful weekend. Kevin Torell did an amazing job in his second year of leading the coordination and running of the Harvest Fest. Gary Kettelman was also amazing with his knowledge of setting up and taking down the festival. I also can’t thank them enough for helping to communicate with other individuals who helped to take on chairperson positions. The weekend was such a community effort and it was a joy to see the kids, parents, parishioners and larger community enjoying our beautiful campus. I am truly blessed and humbled to be a part of such a wonderful school. 200 S. FAQs 1. Why is the charity name Pastor of St Annes and not Saint Annes Catholic

School? The school is a ministry of the church and the 501(c)(3) documenta-tion is all registered under the church. But all funds donated through the Am-azonSmile program will be deposited into the school’s account and 100% of the funds will be used for school programs.

2. How does AmazonSmile work? When first visiting AmazonSmile, customers are prompted to select a charitable organization from over one million eligible organizations. In order to browse or shop at AmazonSmile, customers must first select a charitable organization. For eligible purchases at AmazonSmile, the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price to the customer’s selected charitable organization.

3. Is there any cost to charitable organizations or to customers? No. There is no cost to charitable organizations or to AmazonSmile customers. The shopping experience is identical to Amazon.com with the added benefit that the Ama-zonSmile Foundation will donate to the charitable organizations selected by customers.

4. Does Amazon charge any administrative fees or take any deduction from the donation amount? No. Charities must register to receive donations and have a valid bank account to which we can route donations, but there is no charge to participate and we do not deduct any fees from the donation amount.

Dear Families,

The Box Tops for Education program is changing the way we can earn cash for our school!

Over the summer, participating brands have begun to change their packaging from the traditional Box Tops clip to the new Box Tops label.

Going forward, instead of clipping from packages and checking expiration dates, all Box Tops will be earned digitally by scanning your receipt. The Box Tops for Education team has worked hard to build a NEW-and-improved, user-friendly Box Tops mobile app, available now.

The new app features state-of-the-art technology that allows you to scan your store receipt, find participating products and instantly add Box Tops to our school's earnings online.

If you still have traditional Box Tops clips at home, make sure to send them to school. We will still earn cash for all clipped Box Tops until they expire. Better yet, you can “double dip” during the packaging transition by clipping traditional Box Tops AND scanning your store receipt containing participating products.

Thanks for helping our school get what it needs!

BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW APP OR UPDATE YOUR EXISTING APP:

Box Top Contest

This year we would like to acknowledge the top 10 families who submit Box Tops by having a cereal breakfast for the kids at school. Please continue to turn in your traditional Box Tops to your child’s classroom. Please label the envelope or plastic baggie with all your children’s names, grades and family name. Please turn these in by October 25, 2019. For the families who download the Box Top app, we ask you send a screen shot of your total to [email protected] by October 31,2019. We will count up your screen shot earnings, along with any traditional Box Tops submitted for each family. We will be collecting box Tops all year long. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Alyssa High at 209-479-0226 or [email protected]
