GOLF OUTING
• Saturday May 5, 2012 at 12pm• Middletown CC (Langhorne, PA)• Need Golfers and Hole Sponsors• $100 per golfer / $100 per hole

OFF-SEASON WORKOUTS
• Sprint and weight room workouts start TODAY
• Video and documents on the website
• Distance workouts will begin when school lets out
• Time will be posted for group workout
SUMMER LEAGUE
• Same format as last year• Will request participants in about a
week• Games are Monday and Thursday• Looking for teams as well
• Will accept club teams but want CRN players to play with HS
TEMPLE CAMP

FITNESS CAMP
• July 30 – August 2 and August 6 – 9• Monday – Thursday 6-8pm (Friday is Rain Date• Open to any high school player (Male or
Female)• $100 for one week / $170 for both weeks• Form will be emailed out• Same format as in the past with focus on:
• Ball Work• Speed/Agility• Game Awareness• Fitness
TRYOUT CRITERIA
• 2 Mile Run – 12 minutes expected, 13 minutes accepted
• Beep Test – Level 12 expected, level 11 accepted
• I-Soccer Score – Comparative • Overall soccer ability / attitude• Improvement since last season vs

• 16 exercise assessment from simple – complex skills
• Measures all technical areas of the game• Website has videos and exercises to

UNION GAME
• Friday night August 24, 2012 at 7:30pm• Expect bus to arrive at stadium in early
afternoon• Day full of team building exercises, etc.• Tickets are $50• Parents / Families are welcomed!
