Parent Access Module (PAM) user guide
The Tenison Woods College Parent Access Module (PAM) provides parent and caregivers, with a valid login code,
access to information specific to their children.
This guide provides the steps to access PAM, change your password and password recovery email address, as well as
navigate its various features.

The PAM ‘Home’ screen, presented after successful login
My Settings
*RECOMMENDED* Once logged in, setup and change your password via the ‘My Settings’
page. This allows a password change link to be sent to your email if you use the ‘forgot password’ link at the login window.
Parent Knowledgebank
The parent knowledgebank is a secure parent only information store, accessible via the link on the PAM home
screen.
Students
All students in your family attending Tenison Woods College will be listed.
Selecting a student on the home page takes you to the individual student’s information.
