PARAS: Evolution

Before writing the first line of code, we did a global survey involving more than130 hospitals, including 73 in India.

This exercise was undertaken to know the key areas of concern of HealthcareProviders globally which included a broad spectrum ranging from hospitals thatwere using world class solutions to the hospitals that barely had anythingautomated.

Addressing these key concerns became the cornerstone of our functional andtechnical roadmap since we wanted to deliver products that are relevant in thecurrent scenario of running hospitals or healthcare institutions effectively.
