Enter 7 digit Employee id as username

Enter Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format as

password and click on login to begin enrollment.

First Login – Change Password

General Password Guidelines

Enter Old Password as your Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)

Enter New Password

Confirm New Password and click on Change button

On successful updation of password, Employee will be redirected to the Enrollment screen where they can Modify

Self details & Add, Modify, Delete Dependant details.

Click on Edit Info to modify Employee details

Enrollment Screen – Editing Employee Details

Employee can enhance their Sum Insured from the default 200000 to 400000

Employee can edit their Mobile Numbers

Click on Save to update Employee Details. You cannot

proceed further unless you have clicked the Save Button.

Click here to Add dependants. A maximum of 5 dependants can be added.

Enter dependant details and click on Submit to Enroll dependant

Click on Edit Info to edit Dependant details

After Updation of Dependant details click on Save

Click on the Delete button to delete dependant

Click on “Submit” button to Complete Enrollment process. Employees not clicking on

the Submit button and logging out will be considered as “Not Enrolled”
