How to write a paragraph

Global warming is when the earth heats up (the temperature rises).  It happens when greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, water vapor, nitrous oxide, and methane) trap heat and light from the sun in the earth’s atmosphere, which increases the temperature.  This hurts many people, animals, and plants.  Many cannot take the change, so they die.

Supporting Sentences 1.They are called supporting sentences because they support,or explain the idea expressed in the topic sentence. They are called supporting sentences because they explain the main idea.

Concluding Sentence A concluding sentence is the last sentence in a

body paragraph as the last bun of the burger. It is all

commentary, does not repeat key words, and gives a

finished feeling to the paragraph.
