Financing Requirements

To achieve the objectives, Par & Birdie is seeking $300,000 to fund the first store, with permanent capital to be provided by Mr. Wun and a small number of investor(s).

Proceeds from the capital will be used for tenant improvements, furniture, fixtures and equipment, opening inventory and working capital.

The company offers exit settlement in the form of IPO with negotiable percentage share of the company.
