Finalizing the composition of the three towers, this building design reaches tall to anchor thenortheast position of the site. An expressivecopper cladding top, acting like a horizontalspine to hide the building’s infrastructure, directs the eye back to the building’s taller, colonnaded banquet room at the leading eastedge of the tower.

The pedestrian-scaled base provides an activestreetscape, while Integrated bronze-tinted win-dows and regimented balconies placed within themid-section’s formal colonnade define the core ofthe building. Extended cornices, Doric-propor-tioned columns, and horizontal belt-course areused to create the building’s bold top.

An interpretative composition of classical architec-tural language, the building base is solidly grounded, while the unit bays represent repetitive flutedcolumns designed to stand tall. The tower culminatesin a brilliant copper dome, heralding a landmarkbeacon for residents and visitors, alike.
