• Gastric type-arise from branch duct, columnar cells with basally situated innocuous nuclei, usually not high grade dysplasia
• Intestinal type-arise from main duct, can have high grade dysplasia
• Pancreaticobiliary type-can have high grade dysplasia
• Oncocytic type-majority have high grade dysplasia, mplex architecture w occasional cribriform or solid foci
