The picture-perfect town of Cele-bration, Florida has become home to many; its safety and beauty attract people from all over the world. Helping those people find and sell their homes is Broker Pamela Coskey, owner of Premium Properties Shop. She has called Celebration home for the past 15 years. After living in and traveling to many different parts of the world, she found this town to be the best place for her to raise her son. With all of its amenities, high safety ratings, year-round sun, and proximity to Disney World, she knew her son would enjoy calling this community home. Originally developed by The Walt Disney Company, the town was very new when Pam moved there. She began working as a travel agent, and

soon began referring people that came in looking for properties to her friend who was in real estate. She realized she could be the one helping them if she began working in the industry, so she started devoting her time to it while still holding her position at the travel agency.

Soon enough, she was making more money in real estate, and left her full-time position. She became the owner of RE/MAX Marketplace in Celebration. After gaining exper-ience in the corporate franchise, she went out on her own to develop a small team, wanting to focus more on representing her clients instead of running a company. Today, she represents a wide range of properties

and price points. She closes upwards of 80 properties a year, and is in the top 20 REALTORS® belonging to the Osceola County of REALTORS® Board. Pam specializes in handling

foreclosed properties, and represents many REO homes for Fannie Mae and Bank of America. Her clients love that she devotes countless hours to her work and makes herself

available to them at all times of the day. “I work hard all of the time. I’m always answering my phone and I truly keep in touch with my clients,” she says.

“I live and breathe in this town so I am always here.” It is important to her that her clients are always kept up-to-date on what is happening. She prides herself on her integrity,

enthusiasm, and love for people. When a client works with her, she thinks of them as a friend for life. Her love for this community is strong, and she is eager to help others realize what Celebration has to offer its residents.

Aside from her real estate endeavors, she is also involved with commun-ity causes. She is on the Board of

Directors for the Kiwanis Club. She served for 3 years on the Osceola Tax Advisory Board. In her free-time, Pam socializes with friends, plays games like Pictionary or cards, and goes to the theater.
