Welcome toPALM SUNDAY
Mission San Luis Rey ParishCatholic Faith Community
We are at the doorsteps of Holy Week where we remember
Christ’s passion. Jesus humbled himself and let
go of everything, emptying himself for us. During this time
of Lent, how have we joined the Lord?

This Sunday we begin the celebration of the holiest and most powerful of weeks of the year. I urge all of us to make Holy Week the top priority in our lives. Even in the parish, meetings and other events give way to a full and conscious participation in the Lord’s Paschal Mystery: the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ. Please see the bulletin for all of the beautiful and inspiring liturgies of Holy Week and plan to take part as much as possible.
Love, Fr. Vince
