How many times has the Wrapz average in reuse? There are customers that have been using it for about 3 years. They come with a 1 year limited warranty, based on normal wear and tear.

Any feedback from current customers? Current customers haven’t used units long enough to end of life. So far zero units replaced due to faulty manufacturing, defects, etc.

What about ROI? To get the ROI…these have to used pretty much daily. If used daily, the ROI is quite short…based on what they pay for stretch. This is JUST for head -to- head Stretch/WrapZzcomparisons.

What is the makeup of material for recycle purposes when use is over? Made of vinyl-coated polyester mesh. Can be recycled per Intercon Solutions. See website for more info.

What is average number of turns/uses out of this product-to determine value per cost per unit? There are Wrapz being used currently that are approximately 3 years old. These are the originals. They are being used twice a day. The Wrapz produced currently are significantly more durable with additional reinforcement.

Are the metal rings detachable at time of disposal/recycle? Refer to Intercon Solutions. The rings are cut off and reused/recycled.

Is there any statistics related to damage expenses prevented with current customers, part of determining value for them? Don't really have damage information at this time. Always looking for customers to provide data and testimonials Testa Produce has seen a significant reduction in spoilage via the ventilation of the Wrapz.

What about reduction in equipment costs? One example of a savings pertaining to equipment is less/no damage to forklifts and handcarts due to stretch film getting caught in the wheels and bearings.

How solid is the warranty as well as the company itself? Perspective customers can base their decision on our customers and their reviews. One year limited warranty.

Where are these manufactured and who is the manufacturer? Manufactured in the United States. We are the manufacturer.

Anything else they have not asked that a customer would/should want to know?

•We can put imaging on the Wrapz. They can use it for identification purposes or for advertising opportunities.

•There is also a tax savings advantage involved with the "Green Initiative".

•Tested to handle weight up to and beyond 5,000 lbs. with bottom straps attached.

•Pallet Wrapz are an easier and quicker application than stretch film taking approximately 45 seconds to install and 15 seconds to remove. It is more ergonomically friendly application as well. Pallet Wrapz are fabricated out of a heavy duty weather proof mesh material that allows better air flow than stretch film to help reduce spoilage.

•Creates clean work environment. Less accidents and repairs to equipment due to stretch wrap causing damages to moving parts.

•Labor savings in collecting, recycling stretch wrap and less labor expense for cleaning staff

Tested stronger than stretch film by United Parcel Service (UPS)A total of twenty test samples were submitted for testing from the one Pallet WzapZ sample and was subjected to a Tensile Test following the ASTM D 882 Standard Test Method/Procedure. This test determines the tensile properties of plastic in the form of thin sheeting, including film. The test identifies Peak Load, Peak Stress, and Break Elongation of the plastic sheeting/film material. The dimensions of each sample are 1.0 inch wide and 8.0 inches long. The rate of grip separation is set at 20 inches per minute.
