The Innovation: Added performance thanks to NanoPearls. PalaXpress ultra’s performance is based on a patented filler material. The so called NanoPearls are tiny natural rubber-based building blocks which delay the formation of microscopic fissures and are responsible for the enormous fracture resistance of this denture acrylic. The Nano-Pearls are formed when PalaXpress ultra powder and liquid are mixed. This means: a completely new type of denture acrylic.

The Biocompat-ibility Internationally Recognized Standards Fulfilled Completely! An increasing number of technicians and patients complain about allergic reactions. That is why we subjected PalaXpress ultra to rigorous legally stipulated tests (cytotoxicity / inhibition of cell growth, acute toxicity, sensitization, intracutaneous reactivity, genotoxicity) at an early stage. The certified result: PalaXpress ultra was classified as biocompatible (according to DIN EN ISO 10993 & DIN EN ISO 7405).

Breakage Test: A strict test according to ISO/CD standards! The test which proved the 50% greater fracture resistance is subject to a strict ISO standard (ISO/CD 20795-1) of the International Organization for Standardization. An object made from the test material is marked with a predetermined breakage point. Both small plates shown are right before breakage. The test makeup shows convincinly that Palaxpress ultra bends much more and therefore breaks much later. This means: proven higher performance.

Flexural Strength at a high level! PalaXpress ultra fulfills not only all demands of the voluntary ISO 1567: 1999 standard. In fact, the result exceeds these strict requirements. The flexural strength is 10 MPa (Mega Pascal) above the standard value (70 vs. 60 MPa) This means: No loss of performance and in
