Time frame:

f there is no queue I will give you an estimated due date. The average time I take to paint 1 display piece is 1 week, it may

take a little longer if I see improvements to be made or if advanced techniques are required for painting. Sometimes I do

have multiple commissions at the same time so it will be ‘first I, first served.’ I will tell you if I have any other projects so

please email me for the time span of your commission. I understand that you will be eager to see your miniatures painted on

time; however, it is my obligation to make them look great as well so I will try my best to meet both ends without

compromising quality.

Shipping:

pack my miniatures in a DLE or C5 box. They will be padded with bubble wrap and other cushioning materials to avoid

breakage and arrive safely at their destinations. Any fragile pieces may not be glued to avoid damage during transit. In army

deal cases I normally send some miniatures separately (i.e. tanks & big models) so they do not damage each other. I send myminiatures via track post so they can be easily tracked. You will be notified of shipping costs when you receive a quote from

me.

Payment:

There is no deposit required, you can choose to pay for the service + shipping after the commission work is done and ready

to post. Once you have paid I’ll send your painted miniatures right away.

Mould lines:

For display grade - I would prefer the model as from the box. For this grade I do everything for you from the start to finish, unless you

want to assemble and pose it yourself of course. For this grade I thoroughly go over all mould lines and make sure I remove all of them

ncluding in unseen areas and detail areas such as the gun, equipments and etc.

For Tabletop A - I can assemble and remove most visible mould line from important parts such as head area and body - I usually check roughly twice and give it a scrape to make sure that's no obvious lines showing on big parts. There may be some left if you scrutinize

closely in areas like the guns, under the legs, around the small equipments, etc.

For this grade, it's preferable that you roughly go through the mould likes yourself once - and I will make sure that I get rid of the mould

ines on the important parts so that they aren't too obvious.

For tabletop B - I'll give the model a really quick scrape, but not as thoroughly as the top two grades. It's best that you clean up your

model first.

Assembly:

I love to assemble models, but if you prefer to assemble them yourself so that you can make them pose the way you like then it's fine. Fordisplay grade, I prefer to assemble the model myself because I normally paint the model parts separately and put them together later -

especially when there're any complicated techniques involved. This is to make sure the rest of the model don't get touched too much as the

oil from your hand can alter the adhesion of the paint on the said model. It also protects the model from the overspray, from being scrubbed

and chipped while working. Of course, we will discuss about how you want your model to be assemble and what kind of pose you would

ike it to strike.

Priming:

In all cases I prefer to use my own primer. I don't usually prime the whole model in one colour, especially when there are colour blending

techniques involved. Usually I prime the whole model in grey first with Vallejo Grey primer, which has a really nice elasticity and

smoothness. Then I prime the underside of the model in black and the over side in white, depending on how I shade the model and what

kind of colouring technique is used. Also, I always check for obvious mould lines that may need to be scraped or sanded off - if the model

s already primed then this will create an uneven surface, making it harder for me to work. Not having to prime the model before sending it

to me will save you your GW chaos black spray too!

Discounts: 10% discount for any squad of 10 miniatures

15% discount for any army from 10-40 miniatures.

20% discount for more than 40 miniatures.

*You can only claim one type of discount if you make an army deal.

*The discount is no accumulative.

*Terminators, Battlesuits, bikes and cavalry count as 2 models.

*Any type of vehicle counts as 3 models.

*An example of the above is: 3 Terminators + 1 Rhino = 10% discount if claimed. Or 5 Eldar jet bikes +

1 Farseer = 15% discount if claimed.

These prices are just guidelines: you can completely customise the way you want your models painted by stating

your budget, and I will do my best to provide the best paintjob to suit your budget – I always make sure it looks

better than what you pay for!
