• Diagnosis of exclusion� Cervical radiculopathy� Shoulder and rotator cuff pathology� Peripheral entrapment neuropathies� Parsonage-Turner syndrome (acute brachial radiculitis)
• Probably due to some combination of myofascial pain, neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome, elevated pain sensitivity
