Mike Danzer is the owner of Enchanted Spaces LLC has been building homes since 1983. He has experience in

all phases of construction and land development. He began his career in Placitas, New Mexico, eventually expanding to the custom home market in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. Mike returned to building in New Mexico and started Enchant-ed Spaces LLC in 2012 with the company motto: “Where Scottsdale meets New Mexi-co”. Mike is a master builder who specializes in affordable homes with high end designs and amenities. His homes are designed to bring the outdoors in. Mike is dedicating his entry into the 2020 Spring Albu-querque Parade of Homes to his sister, Kathleen Eliza-beth Danzer, who passed at the age of 13 and whom he deeply misses.
