Special Diets

Special diets are catered for with pleasure but these must be ordered prior to the event

whether these are dietary preferences, vegetarians, intolerances or allergies. As outside

caterers we obviously carry only the food that has been ordered so it is unlikely we would be

able to cater for special requests at the last minute.

Vegetarian

There are many vegetarian options throughout the menus but if you need further choice

or would like a dish not listed please contact us.

Halal

Halal meat can be ordered with advance notice but where the cost is greater than our usual

price this may be passed on the client.

Allergens

As of December 2014 it is a requirement for us to be able to identify if any of the allergens

listed below are in any of our dishes.

Gluten,Eggs,Milk,Peanuts,Soya,Lupin,Nuts,Molluscs,Crustaceans,Mustard,Celery,Fish,

Sesame Seeds and Sulphites

It is nothing for you as the organiser to be worried about just advise us if any of your guests

notify you as being allergic to any of the listed allergens. One of our kitchen team or senior

front of house staff will be able to answer any queries guests may have on the day. For any

queries before the event please contact the office.

There maybe additional costs to cater for special diets where specialist foodstuffs are

purchased.

It is beneficial with all special diets if we can be made aware of the name of the guest and

where they are seated in order we can be sure they have the correct meal.
