Specifically, Havre Pipeline requests that the total rate paid by its rural farmstead custom-ers be adjusted from $0.9256 per thousand cubic feet (“Mcf”) to $1.4624 per Mcf to become effective on an interim and final basis for service provided on and after October 1, 2017. The proposed rate represents a 58.0% increase in the total rate paid by these customers when compared to the current effective rate.
