Shirk: Associating partners with Allah is called shirk. Shirk is not only the worship of idols, but also offering prayers and supplication to anyone, dead or living, believing that they hold the same attributes in the lesser degree than him. Thus the belief that Allah is not sovereign or independent and sole dispenses of affair of the world and the other duties intercede with him and that any attempt to implore any other being besides Allah for the grant of any wishes of the believer or to answer his prayer is shirk. “Allah which forgives not that partners should be set up with him; but he forgives anything else to whom he pleases to set up partners with Allah is to devise a sin most heinous indeed.” Men have been created as hard of creation and everything in nature has been placed under his control. By worshipping other beings besides Allah men debases himself, the Quran says, “Shall I speak for your god other than the true God, when it is Allah who hath endowed you with gifts above the nations” The Holy Prophet is separted to have said, “shirk is the greatest of all sins.” Page 8 A person who does shirk is called a mushrik or associator. ANGELS:

Islam teaches us that there are other intelligent beings with us in thisuniverse one type of creature which was made specifically by Allah tocarry out his commands is known as “Malaikah” in English we often saythe term angels.

According to Islam, angels were made from the elements of light. They

can travel, therefore at the speed of light.

They can assume physical form and of like a holographic image andappears like the rest of us.

They are not male nor female and not the children of Allah. They arelike intelligent robots who have definite tasks and duties to perform.They never fail in their missions and they see everything we do,although we cannot see them. They have no independent desires andwill s and never disobeys Allah. INTRODUCTION:
