[¶1] A Foreign Judgment in the amount of $740,181.65 from the Su-perior Court of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa that was entered in favor of the Plaintiffs against the Defendant was filed with the Clerk of Court of Cavalier County, North Dakota on October 31, 2019.
[¶2] Notice is hereby given pur-suant to said Judgment and the Ex-ecution of Judgment dated Febru-ary 21, 2020 which was issued by the Cavalier County Clerk of Court to the Cavalier County Sheriff, I am to satisfy this judgment with the Defendants’ personal property and if sufficient personal property can-not be found, the judgment should be settled out of the real property in Cavalier County. As the judgment debtors do not reside in Cavalier County, I am unaware of any per-sonal property to be sold.
