Expected results
Benefits for networking will reflect in future in the form of:

• Enhanced positioning of women police
• Better services for women victims
Results happen when we have a clear vision and targeted approach. WPN needs strategic measures to reach a common objective by adopting a collective approach.

Making a difference
It has been proved by research conducted in different parts of the world that women police bring different qualities to police work as compared to male police. Women police have better communication skills that help them to de-escalate violence without using force.Women Police is compassionate and shows empathy that makes it easy for complainants to share their issues andeven criminals to confess.

Getting support from senior officers
Develop mechanisms for information sharing with senior police management for support:
- share main police related issues raised by the women and girls during campaigns in writing or during a quarterly meeting of WPC
- In case you have some suggestions for better participation of women in policing share them with the seniors for implementation for example: women police to be deputed outside girls colleges, setting up LCUs inside regular police stations
