Our community of faith prays for the healing of all those

who have been abused

As members of the Catholic community, each of us can con-tribute to the healing of those harmed by abuse, especially by remembering victim-survivors in our prayers. We pray for

those harmed by someone, whether in church, family, school or community, confident that healing

is possible, and mindful that we can all work to prevent fur-ther abuse. Inspired by the vision of a victim-survivor, the Archdiocese of Los Angeles has created a prayer and infor-mation card as a tangible symbol of outreach and support to

those in need. Please join in this effort and our shared hope that the resources and prayer on the card will

reach those in need to bring the healing light of Christ to the darkest places of pain. The bilingual prayer card and multilin-gual posters, including information on how to report abuse,

have been distributed to all parishes and are available for download at protect.la-archdiocese.org.

Thank you all who already made their pledge and are sharing their financial resources with the thousands of adults and chil-dren served by these parishes and schools which are financial-ly supported by your generosity to the “Together in Mission”
