CS - at least 152.5 cm (5’ 0”) for both male and female • Age: PAFROPP - Not less than 20 y/o and not more than 24 y/o upon admission

CS – 18 to 23 years old • Single and no legal obligation to support a child or children • Physically and mentally fit for military training • With good moral character

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. Selected applicants (for both PAFROPP and CS) will be perform and pass the Physical Fitness Test ONLY after completely submitting the following:

- 2x2 Picture - Mayor’s clearance - C-2 or R-2 clearance - 3x5 Picture (whole body) - Municipal Court clearance - Personal History Statement - Transcript of Records - Regional Trial Court clearance - Affidavit of Parents Consent (21 yrs old below) - NSO Birth Certificate - Municipal Judge clearance - Marriage Contract of Parents - Barangay clearance - Provincial PNP clearance - Local Police clearance - NBI clearance

2. PAFROPP applicants will be notified to report at PAFPMC for the Special Written Exam (SWE). Only those applicants who will submit the above documents will be allowed to take the SWE.

3. Walk-in applicants may be accommodated provided that they bring with them their 2pcs 2x2 ID pictures in white background, original

and authenticated copies of NSO Birth Certificate and Transcript of Records (authenticated documents shall become PAFPMC property).
