Box 427, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 has applied for a Phase One Bond Release on Bond Increments 24, 34, 38, 39, 41, 45 and 48 of Permit 889-0155 which was last is- sued on November 04,2009. The application covers an area of approximately 2,678.0 acres located 1.5 miles south of Central City in Muhlenberg County.
The permit area is ap- proximately 1.9 miles south from the Western Kentu&y Parkway's junction with US Highway 431 and located 2.3 miles eastlsoutheast of Little Cypress Creek.
The bonds now in effect for increment 24 is a Surety Bond in the amount of $105,400, for increment 34 is a Sure- ty Bond in the amount of $81,200, for increment 38 is a Surety Bond in the amount of $38,000, for increment 39 is a Surety Bond in the amount of $92,200, for increment 41 is a Surety Bond in the amount of $122,500, for increment 45 is a Surety Bond in the amount of $172,600, and for incre- ment 48 is a Surety Bond in the amount of $186,500.
