Two sections:

• Individual Goals (80%)

• Supervisor Goals (20%)

For Individual Goals:

• Include 5 value adding and measurable objectives. Main Characteristics:

• Projects.

• Business metrics.

• Productivity / Cost reduction.

• When applicable, safety, employee survey indicators.

• Clear and specific metrics, ensure improving goals.

• Indicators must not be based on day to day activities.

• Process improvement or SAP projects (7% of Individual PADI).

• Standard objectives and metrics for similar positions.

To access go to: http://vitro-net.vitro.com:88/padiusa/1. Choose the company: VA Corporate2. Enter your employee number 3. Put your birth date as password4. Click on “log in” button.

You’ll be taken to this screen:

Click on “My PADI” and then on “Create PADI Format”

Once you choose “Create PADI Format” you will see your general data, please revise it so that everything is correct.

Click on “My PADI” once more, and you’ll be able to see the next screen:

Your PADI status is “filling out”.Now choose “Select”.

Click on “Individual Objectives” and then on “Add new objective”

You can start filling out your first objective:

You must fill out every blank and choose the scope correspondant to you.When you’re done, click “Accept”

This will display the space to fill out the measure units for this specific objective.

When you’re finished, click on “Add another objective” and follow the same steps again.

After adding your 5 objectives with their correspondant measure units, click on “Individual Objectives”

This will display the next screen.(You may have to scroll down the screen in order to see your objectives)

If you will take courses during the year, click on “Development Plan” to add them.

Here you can include the courses you will be taking.

When you’re done, click on “Advance Status” and you’ll be able to see this screen:

Then click on “Send to Revision”. The system will send an e-mail noticing your supervisor so that he/she knows that you’ve completed your PADI and that it’s their turn to revise it.

Now your boss can enter your PADI in order to check it and authorize it.

Once your boss has checked your PADI, he/she can either “Send it for Authorization” or “Return it to Filling Out”.

If your PADI is returned to filling out status, you’ll have to change the things your boss asks you to, following the same process described before.

When you’ve done the changes, click again on “Advance Status” and then on “Send to Revision”

Then your boss will send it to Authorization status, and the process is finished.These will be the goals you’ll be evaluated on at the end of the year.
