Dan Dutton | Partner
Dan has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has served roles from an associate to his current role as partner at OMNE Partners. Dan joined Seldin Company in 2004 and through the years worked for several of their affiliated companies including Metonic where he served as an Asset Manager responsible for a portfolio of $200 Million in which he oversaw the brokerage and management teams as well as all financial aspects of the properties.
During his career Dan has specialized in retail, but also has extensive experience in office and multifamily markets completing over a 1,000 lease and sale transactions. He has been responsible for bring several new to the market retailers and restaurants to the Omaha metro including most recently Ross Dress For Less. Dan has worked for Landlords on properties in Omaha, Lincoln, Des Moines and Kansas City and has represented Tenants in Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
Dan is member of ICSC and contributed to the ICSC Heartland Idea Exchange and Next Generation planning committees.
Daniel J. Goaley | PartnerDan was originally licensed as a salesperson in 1995. After working in the field for 10 years, Dan acquired his broker’s license in 2006. At that point, Dan lead the Nebraska office of Marcus & Millichap until joining OMNE Partners in 2011. Dan has received numerous performance awards and recognition for his transactions. Dan is licensed in Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota.
Dan’s philanthropic efforts include his time with the local chapter of Ducks Unlimited which involved serving as chair for several years. Dan is also a founding member of ALS in the Heartland and continues to act as it’s Board President.
Grace Pavlik | AssociateGrace has brokerage experience in the retail and office markets. Her primary focus is servicing landlords and tenants in the retail market. Pavlik is licensed in Nebraska. She joined OMNE Partners in 2017 after working for another commercial real estate company for three years.
Grace is also a key member of the Omaha chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She is a member of ICSC and involved with ICSC Next Generation Committee and ICSC Heartland Idea Exchange. She is actively involved with the Omaha Chamber Young Professionals, JDRF and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
