Secure insertion of products and leaflet Continuous pushing motion is driven by a timing belt withsafety measure where the operation will halt once pushingoverload is detedcted. 15 pushers placed opposite of theoperator side and inserting the product with leaflet continuously. Flat leaflets are folded by the leaflet folderand transferred toward the product inserting area.

Fast tool changeover The limited number of format parts and user friendly, error-free operation assure the fast tool changeover and allows amaximum of flexibility during production process.

Industry standard PC control system Innovative machine operation and production management are possible by incorporating an industry standard PC controlsystem with a color LCD touch screen. Controlled accessto the machine is provided by assigning personnel useraccounts with security levels. Audit trails allow supervisorsto monitor the status of the machine and production byinspecting chronological operation records. The system isalso capable of providing self diagnosis and detailed troubleshooting reports. Fast format changeovers are possible byselecting preset parameters of a specific format on the controlsystem. Servo drives and the PC control system fully automatethe operation and provide a user friendly environment forinexperienced operators. The entire operation manual is storedin the PC control system for the operator’s convenience.
